The external patent department, make or buy in the patent system

We offer an external patent department for small and medium sized companies, which can take over all arising tasks for the protection of intellectual property. The customer uses the external resource only to the extent needed.

For companies with their own patent department, we can cover peak loads or completely take over sub-areas that are not processed by the customer. The complete takeover of individual projects is possible.

For companies that intend to establish a new patent department or modernize an existing one, we support the whole process of build up. Starting with strategy proposals, over selection and training of the employees, up to the completely independently acting patent department. We will be happy to continue to advise afterwards and support with individual tasks as needed.
